Risk Warning from MEXC: Protect Yourself from Internet Phone Fraud by Scammers Impersonating MEXC Official Staff
Dear MEXCers,
Recently, digital assets have been gaining more attention worldwide. However, we have received feedback from users about scammers impersonating MEXC and engaging in fraudulent activities. This includes impersonating MEXC customer service representatives or account managers, making phone calls to users, adding them to WeChat, and inviting them to join fake WeChat groups. These scammers then conduct copy trade live broadcasts or ask users to transfer digital assets to a specific address.
MEXC hereby declares that all community information and joining methods should be verified through official announcements on the MEXC website. Additionally, MEXC has never established any investment communities under names such as "expert-led trading" or "token trading assistance." Any communication claiming to be associated with MEXC or offering investment and trading opportunities in the name of MEXC should be treated as a scam. Furthermore, MEXC is committed to protecting user privacy and will not disclose any user information to external parties in any form. We will never request account passwords, SMS verification codes, Google Authenticator codes, or any sensitive information from users too.
We urge all users to be cautious and vigilant against false advertising and carefully discern fraudulent solicitations. Please refer to official announcements from the MEXC website for all activities and community information to avoid any potential loss of assets.
