How to deal with the issue for not receiving email code

If you have not received the verification code by email, please check the following:

1. Please make sure that the email address that you filled in during the registration is correct;


  1. Please try to check in your spam or other folders;

  2. Please check whether your mailbox is able to send and receive email normally;

  3. Try to register with mainstream mailboxes like Gmail, Outlook, etc.;

  4. This issue may be caused by network delay, please check your mailbox after some time, our email verification code is valid for 15 minutes;

  5. If you are still unable to receive the email, it may be blocked. Please add the MEXC email and domain name to the email whitelist setting, after that please try to request the email verification code again.


Safe senders that need to be added to the whitelist:

mexc.link
mexc.sg
mexc.com
mexc.zendesk.com

 

Note: After the whitelist was set successfully, it is recommended to try to obtain the email verification code after 10 minutes as some email service providers need a certain time to take effect.
