Futures System Upgrade on April 8: Service Impact and User Support Measures

On April 8, between 07:40 and 08:35 (UTC), MEXC carried out an upgrade to enhance the performance and security of our Futures trading system. During the upgrade, some users experienced temporary disruptions when placing Futures orders.

We would like to clarify that throughout the system upgrade period, all asset prices remained stable, and no liquidations were triggered. We deeply regret the inconvenience this caused and we fully acknowledge that it disrupted the trading experience for some users, and we’re committed to minimizing such disruptions in the future.
