Announcement on MEXC System Upgrade (April 7)

Dear MEXCers,
To improve user product experience, MEXC will be performing a system upgrade. The specific arrangement is as follows:


Upgrade Period:

  • 2024-04-07 02:00 - 2024-04-07 03:00 (UTC)
Scope of Impact During the Upgrade Period:
  • Deposits and withdrawals on the platform will be temporarily closed until the upgrade is completed.
  • OTC services, including Debit/Credit Card, Global Bank Transfer, Quick Buy/Sell, P2P, and Third-Party, will be under maintenance until the upgrade is completed.
  • Spot order placement/cancellation/execution, and asset transfers may fail.
  • Query of spot history orders and users' asset data updates may be delayed.
  • Operations related to saving and modifying the price alert on spot trading pairs may fail.
  • Sending and receiving gifts for spot events may fail.
  • Query on the Kickstarter list page may fail.
  • The data for the popular trading pair display page may be delayed.
  • Functions such as users' login, registration, sending and verifying verification codes, checking user login status, forgot password, KYC submission, security item modification, security item loss, creation/modification of sub-accounts, modification of nickname, etc. may not be available.
  • Except for deposits/withdrawals and OTC-related services, the impact of other affected services generally will not exceed 3 minutes. If users encounter the above issue, we recommend trying again after 3 minutes.
Important Notes:
  • Please rest assured that all user assets are secure during the upgrade.
  • Please make financial arrangements in advance to avoid risks arising from market fluctuations during the upgrade period.
  • The upgrade duration is an estimate and may deviate from the actual time required. 
  • If there are significant market fluctuations before the upgrade, the platform may postpone the upgrade and make an announcement accordingly.
  • A separate announcement will be made after the upgrade is completed.
