• During the upgrade, the K-line chart page on the app/website may load slowly or fail to load.
• During the upgrade, there may be a delay in price changes on the Markets page, price change alerts, and the asset value in USDT for crypto pairs.
• The impact duration is generally less than 1 minute. If you encounter any of the abovementioned issues, we recommend trying again after 1 minute.

• Please rest assured that all user assets are secure during the upgrade.
• Please make arrangements for your funds in advance to avoid risks associated with market fluctuations during the upgrade.
• The upgrade duration is an estimate and may deviate from the actual time required.
• If there are significant market fluctuations before the upgrade, the platform may postpone the upgrade and make an announcement accordingly.
• All affected services will resume to normal once the upgrade is completed, and a separate announcement will be made.
