Unable to Upload Photos During KYC
If you are unable to upload photos or are prompted that you have submitted the wrong information during your KYC, you can refer to the following points for verification.
- The image format must be JPG, JPEG, or PNG.
- The image size must be less than 5 MB.
- The valid ID must be your personal and original ID, driver's license, or passport.
- Your valid ID must be that of a citizen of a country that does not restrict trading, as specified in "II. Know-Your-Customer and Anti-Money-Laundering Policy" - "Trade Supervision" of the MEXC User Agreement. MEXC User Agreement link: https://www.mexc.com/terms
- If you submit an application that meets all of the above requirements, but still cannot complete the KYC verification, it may be due to a temporary problem with the network connection. We recommend that you resubmit your KYC verification based on the following instructions.
- Wait a while before resubmitting the application
- Clear the browser and terminal cache
- Submit your application on the website or app
- Use other browsers to submit the application
- Update the app to the latest version
