Rule Description
The greater the MXcommitment, the higher the corresponding commitment coefficient, and the higher the share of rewards.
E.g. Suppose there are only two participants, A and B, in the event. A commits 2,999, and the coefficient is 1; B commits 3,000 and the coefficient is 1.05.
A's reward = 2,999 * 1 / (2,999 * 1 + 3,000 * 1.05)
B's reward = 3,000 * 1.05 / (2,999 * 1 + 3,000 * 1.05)
